Greetings and welcome home! I am Shanta (Shawn-tay) your professional, personable and persistent real estate agent. I service buyers and sellers located in the Columbus, Georgia area.

I am a licensed agent but also a REALTOR®. As a REALTOR®, I have had additional trainings beyond the licensing requirements and I am held to a higher ethical standard in the real estate industry. You can trust me to not only represent you, but also to be able to do so in a manner that is done correctly, timely and efficiently. 

-Personable

I am the mother of two teenagers and have been an educator in Muscogee County since 1999. I have taught Pre-K, third – fifth grade and college courses and currently serve as an academic coach. If it’s one thing I know, it’s how to be friendly, accessible and flexible. Buying or selling a home can be a daunting experience, but it doesn’t have to be.
